After working closely together for many years, Malcolm Lane & Son (MLS) officially became part of ES Solutions – combining decades of expertise in the design and manufacture of bespoke street furniture.
It’s state-of-the-art design, fabrication and finishing, plating and powder workshops are based in Beeston, Nottingham – enabling them to service both locally and nationally.
We partner with landscape architects, councils, facility managers, and urban planners to deliver furniture that is both functional and inspiring. Our products span benches, notice boards, planters, bins and shelters, tailored to each project’s aesthetic and practical needs
From initial design consultations to final delivery and optional installation, we always ensure a timely service, clear communication, and consistency in quality and support.
Over the years, ES Solutions has earned a strong reputation across the UK and internationally. Our furniture features in many local councils’ public spaces, and we are well-known for offering competitively priced yet quality products.

You can see examples of our work atop the 02 in London, we were commissioned to produced the lectern for the ‘up at the O2’ tourist attraction. In St Omer, France we produced a pair of beautiful bronzes as part of a war memorial, there really are no limitations to what we can produce, only your imagination! Everything about ES Solutions, from the office heating system & windows to methods of production & working practices has been chosen or designed to reduce our carbon footprint. We are consistently aware of our responsibility to our environment, our fleet of vehicles are regularly maintained and all materials we use for our products are considered green.
We manufacture our street furniture right here at our UK workshops, everything, right down to the hand painted finishing happens right here.
